Willsys Projects is founded by Aaron Willis, a site manager and qualified carpenter with more than 20 years of practical construction experience.
Aaron ran Coast Carpentry from 2006 to 2013 before moving into facilities and site management. His career includes residential delivery roles with McCarthy & Stone, CALA Homes and Bloor Homes, alongside insurance remedial project management with Morgan Sindall.
His experience spans traditional housing, apartment blocks, retirement living and occupied-property remedial works. Since 2025, Aaron has combined freelance site management through WillSys Technologies Ltd with the development of SiteSnag, bringing practical site experience to digital inspections, quality assurance and defect management.
