We may receive your name, contact details, project or property information, correspondence, appointment details, photographs and any other information you choose to provide. The website enquiry forms prepare an email in your own email application; the website does not store the form contents.

Information is used to respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, arrange and deliver services, communicate about appointments, maintain business and financial records, and meet legal obligations. The usual lawful bases are taking steps at your request before entering a contract, performing a contract, complying with legal obligations and legitimate interests in operating and protecting the business.

Information may be shared only where necessary with service providers, professional advisers, contractors involved in an agreed service, payment or accounting providers, insurers, regulators or public authorities. Personal information is not sold.
